There are lots of things to consider when picking a park or a square for your Savannah, Georgia wedding. Location of ceremony: do you want guests to walk there, drive there, or have to take a trolley? Which squares are the least quiet, which are the busier squares that are affected by trolleys, foot traffic? When you think you’ve finally picked your location because of its beauty, stop and listen to the outdoors. If there is a lot of foot traffic, trolleys, and/or walking tours; then you may want to have a PA System so all your guests can hear your ceremony and vows to one another.
Something else to factor into your wedding day: do you want to walk from your lodging to the square/park or do you want a carriage ride, limo ride or pedicab?
