Pastor Peper is a loving husband, father, grandfather and recently retired Lutheran pastor.

He has served churches in Georgia, North Carolina and Indiana.  Even though he’s a native of Ohio, he’s been in Savannah the last 25 years.  He and his wife, Kala, live on Tybee Island.

Pastor Peper founded and served Messiah Lutheran Church here in Savannah on Skidaway Island.  That congregation under his pastoral leadership grew to be one of the largest Lutheran church in the coastal area.

Prior to becoming a pastor, using his beautiful rich bass voice,  Jim was a Radio/TV broadcaster in the mid-west and in North Carolina.
